Terms and Conditions
Package Benefits & Pricing
1. Friends+ Play Package Price: $1,350
2. On-Day Upgrade Discount: Visitors who have experienced CDM for 1.5 hours or more are eligible for a discounted package price of $1,100 at the end of their session. Payment must be made via Cash, FPS, or PayMe before leaving CDM.
3. Package Offerings: (a) Daily entry of one 1.5-hour walk-in session (Tue-Sun & Public Holidays, excluding privately booked sessions); (b) 20% off Friend Tickets (max. 2 children and 2 adults per day) ; and (c) a one-time 10% discount on a private booking.
4. Validity: (a) & (b): valid for three months from the date of purchase ; (c): valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Registration & <Friends ePass>
5. Eligibility: Infants (0 - 12 months) and children (13 months - 10 years old) are eligible to purchase this Package. Each Package must be purchased in units of one child and one adult.
6. Application Process:
A) Sign-Up: Complete the online "Friends+ Play Package" application form and make the payment.
B) On-Day Upgrade:
1) Pay via cash, FPS, or PayMe before leaving the museum.
2) WhatsApp Verification: Send a photo of your receipt (cash) or transaction screenshot (FPS/PayMe) along with the child’s full name to CDM's WhatsApp (+852 9885 2755).
3) Deadline for On-Day Upgrade: The application form must be submitted within 3 days of payment to ensure future admission is not delayed.
"Friends+ Play Package" Application form7. <Friends+ ePass>: The full name of the child and up to three registered adults, along with a photo of the child, are required to create the <Friends+ ePass>.
8. Confirmation Timeline: The <Friends+ ePass> will be emailed within five working days. If no email is received after five working days, please check your junk folder or email shop@childrensdiscoverymuseum.hk.
9. Accuracy: Holders are responsible for providing accurate information; CDM accepts no liability for losses due to inaccurate data.
Usage Rules & Restrictions
10. Walk-in Only: Daily entry is strictly on a walk-in basis; no pre-booking or online booking is permitted. Entry is subject to museum's operating hours and excludes private bookings or separate-charge workshops.
11. Non-Transferable: The Package is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for other goods/services, and cannot be combined with other discounts.
12. Exclusions: This Package is not applicable for the "Child Drop-Off Experience".
13. Re-entry Policy: Re-entry for the same person is permitted during the session. Re-entry by a different registered adult is allowed, but re-entry by a different child is strictly prohibited. Time away from CDM is not compensated.
14. Fraud: CDM reserves the right to disqualify any person found using the offerings via fraud or exploitation.
Admission Procedures
15. Arrival: Please arrive ten minutes before your session and present the <Friends+ ePass> for verification.
16. Verification: Only adults and the child registered on the <Friends+ ePass> may enter. If CDM cannot verify identities, entry may be refused for the entire ticket.
17. Friend Tickets: The 20% discount applies to tickets purchased onsite on the day of the session (max. 2 children and 2 adults per day). No pre-booking is allowed; tickets are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Legal & Safety
18. Agreement: Purchase of the Package constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions, the Disclaimer, and Health & Safety Measures. It is also your responsibility to inform and ensure that all the people in your group agree to the terms below.

20. Language: In case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
