For a week, draw the fruits and vegetables you ate every day into the "Plant Rainbow" in your Take Home Kit. Can you fill the entire rainbow?

Instructions
1. At the end of the week, take a photo of your filled out "Plant Rainbow".

2. Take a photo of you holding or eating a purple, indigo or blue food.

3. Upload both photos to Facebook or Instagram.Tag @hkcdm.official (FB) or @hkcdm (IG). Be sure to use #CDMPlantRainbow and if applicable, also the school code hashtag found on your "Return Discount Card".

4. On the 27th day of the month (if the 27th lands on a Monday, weekend or public holiday, selection date will be the first business day following the 27th.) CDM will select two winners from either Facebook and/or Instagram.
